Police authorities of Baltimore say that a woman was shot in the northwestern part of the city, on Sunday night.
According to the officers, authorities responded to the 2800 block of Garrison Boulevard, at 9:11 p.m. responding officers found a 36-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Citywide shooting detectives are investigating.
The victim told police that she was shot while walking in the 3500 block of Carlisle Avenue. Anyone with information is asked to call Baltimore Police Department Citywide Shooting Detectives at 410-396-2221.
